Friday @ The Sietch
Moving together. Letting our adults-selves go...

W E, the grown-ups — N E E D T O L E T I T O U T!!!
We’re all longing for a safe place where we can be absolutely nothing for a while. To empty ourselves of the tension and overload, the sadness and frustration, the anxiety and exhaustion. And even if we can’t truly empty ourselves of them, perhaps we can find a different way of being with them. Let’s stop normalizing it all...
Come. Two hours of pleasure on a Friday morning.
• We’ll arrive. We’ll meet.
• We’ll begin with guided movement — conscious, awakening, releasing. We’ll improvise.
• We’ll break into dance — with music that makes it impossible to remain indifferent.
• We’ll end on the balcony — with a chilled glass of wine and some fruit.
This isn’t a method or a school of thought.
It’s us, the music, and the space we create together.
